Meet the team
Jason Barton, Founder and Search Consultant
With nearly 17 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, I've built a career around connecting exceptional people with organizations where they can make a meaningful impact — across healthcare, agriculture, insurance, finance, real estate, private equity, nonprofit, and academia.
I specialize in retained and contingent searches spanning every level of an organization, from frontline staff to C-suite leadership, partnering with for-profit, nonprofit, academic, and government organizations to deliver results in high-demand environments.
My background is anything but one-dimensional. I've served as a Senior Associate in Korn Ferry's Healthcare Practice, placing transformational executive talent with leading organizations and academic institutions. I've launched and managed daily operations for a senior care startup, overseen nurse recruitment and staffing for a pediatric home healthcare business, and served as Senior Consultant for one of North America's largest contingent physician and midlevel recruitment firms. Today I bring that breadth of experience to my work at Integritus, a healthcare search and advisory firm.
In addition to conducting searches for client organizations, I also partner with boutique executive search firms as a flexible research and sourcing resource. Whether a firm needs candidate identification, talent mapping, outreach support, or help managing an active pipeline, I provide the kind of experienced, behind-the-scenes support that lets search teams scale without adding headcount. I work on a project or retainer basis and can engage quickly without a long ramp-up period.
What drives me is simple: results that exceed expectations, relationships built on trust, and the belief that the right hire changes everything — for organizations and for the people they serve.
